The Training Specialist’s primary responsibility is to set up the Team Borham employees for success. This includes managing the new agent partners, monitoring for success within the first 60 days, developing training materials, and implementing processes and procedures to increase efficiencies.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Be a leader within the organization
• Be a champion of Team Borham processes and procedures
• Be a subject matter expert on all Team Borham systems
• Build, implement, and train all systems within the organization
• Maintain and improve onboarding systems for new employees within the organization
• Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systems.
• Host role play, script practice, and training sessions as needed with Agent partners, and ISAs
• Coordinate trainings for the organization for continued improvement of Team Borham agent partners
• Collaborating with leadership and other organizations to continuously improve Team Borham’s training department

Onboarding Expectations:

• Create/Improve a 30/60/90 day plan for new agent partners with the organization
• Monitor agent progress to ensure they’re meeting all expectations
• Collaborate with leadership if new agents are failing to meet expectations to determine a course of action
• Attend accountability meetings with Team Borham Agent Partners within their first 90 days as needed

• A minimum of 2 years of training experience
• Real Estate industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven track record of successful training outcomes
• US Work Authorization
