The Career Development Productivity Coach (Real Estate Trainer) is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet has a heart to lead others (especially those launching or relaunching their careers). They exhibit a patient yet, results-oriented approach to goals and thrives on seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with Market Center leadership in order to achieve the Market Center’s goals.

The Career Development Productivity Coach works collaboratively as part of the Market Center’s leadership team.

The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping associates to ultimately achieve capper status as efficiently as possible. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center training including, but not limited to, Ignite and BOLD. The Productivity Coach will identify potential candidates for coaching, will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and will hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks their results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful coaching and guidance, and celebrating success through others. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and understand their contribution to the larger Market Center objectives.


  • Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping associates
  • Ensure 20% or more of PC Program participants are in production each month
  • Make calls to all unlicensed leads that the Market Center generates
  • Hold at least 12 recruiting appointments a month
  • Recruit 3 agents each month
  • Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production in the first 90 days
  • Coach and train associates on the activities that will lead them to meet their goals
  • Track results and share them with MC Leadership team


  • Must have Real Estate Sales experience
