This is a remote position. We are looking for a virtual Title Processor to enter new real estate contracts into our cloud-based software. Real estate-related experience as a transaction coordinator for a real estate agent or experience with a title company or law firm is preferred. You must be able to read and write in English proficiently, but you will not need to speak with clients on the phone. You must be accustomed to using CRM systems with the ability to learn new software easily. You will need two computer monitors. We will provide you with training through online videos (in English). - Aid title officers with administrative assistant essential duties, including clerical and data entry support
- Enter and submit real estate contracts into our cloud-based software
- Work on a checklist of items including researching property information online
- Answer E-mails from our team for additional information or questions
- 1-3 years of experience with real estate transactions, title processing, title company pre-processor, or as a mortgage loan processor is desired
- Certification as a notary public is not required but is appreciated
- Intermediate proficiency with numerous programs including MS Office is essential
- College is an asset but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement
- Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired
