Real Estate Territory Managing Broker

We’re looking for a Territory Managing Broker to work with our team as we grow in different territories throughout the country and internationally. Someone who understands the local real estate laws and compliance and can mentor, unite and solidify a team made up of both new and experienced agents and associate brokers.

We are looking for someone who thinks a little differently. One who understands that the home buying process is an honor to be part of. One who embraces their agents and wants them to truly succeed in their personal version of success.

Part-time / Full-time / Remote

Compensation: $150+ at plan commission. Includes Commission + Override + Revenue Share + stock. This is not a salaried position.


  • Work with Team Leader to develop programs that work for the group as a whole. Here is where you get to be an entrepreneur if that’s your thing. Your opinion and life experiences matter.
  • Work with Certified Team Mentor and Coach to create training programs and materials for new real estate agents joining the Brokers without Borders team. Here is where you get to use your creativity.
  • Bring your passion and talents to the table. We embrace diversity in all things. Your experience, vision, and ideas always count.
  • Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all your state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws with our compliance team.
  • Be a guide for agents and direct them to what is needed and useful for programs, marketing templates, resources, support, and compliance. 
  • Work with the leadership team on support initiatives, retention programs, event planning, charitable programs, and inclusion.
  • Mentor New Agents
  • The Managing Broker will partner with Brokers Without Borders to build a world-class team within a given territory. 
  • What we have covered: Compliance, administrative tasks, and transaction settlement. We ask that you are there for questions, agent support, and weekly/monthly meetings.
  • We are looking for true professionals to be part of a dynamic group of people from different areas that can work remotely and grow together.

  • Must have a broker’s license in the area in which you want to become a Territory Managing Broker (TMB)
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate brokerage.
  • Experience as a managing real estate broker preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and international Fair Housing and real-estate laws.
  • A fire in your belly, passion in your heart, and a clear head. Real communication skills, ability to connect with people, empathy. Kindness and intelligence too.
  • Operate with a high level of integrity.
  • Proficient with google drive; or willing to learn new systems.
  • Must be a great communicator – both written and verbal, open and honest, as well as coachable and willing to learn.
  • The Managing Broker will partner with Brokers Without Borders to build a world-class team within a given territory
  • Great attitude needed.

$150,000+ at plan commission
