Transaction Coordinator needed for a top-ranking Keller Williams Real Estate team. 

The Transaction Coordinator is a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual who helps the team service our clients with seamless, top-notch customer service from contract-to-close. Main priorities include ensuring that the many details and deadlines are met to ensure a smooth transaction, while maintaining strong communication with all parties involved.

We are looking for an exceptional, self driven candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond” for clients and the team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service and strong communication skills are necessary. 

The right person must have good organizational skills and be a fast learner. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to grow with our dynamic team. 

Candidate must be present and willing to work in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Previous Real Estate experience is not required.

Responsibilities
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Organize and assess all necessary contract documents to ensure completion and accuracy
  • Keep agent informed on progress of transaction 
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers
  • Work with the title company as a secondary liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Continuously work to improve systems for efficiency
Qualifications
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Quick learner and able to keep up in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in time management
  • Innovative individual with the ability to solve problems with training and resources
Compensation
$30,000 yearly salary (negotiable based on experience)
