The Transaction Coordinator is a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual who helps the team service our clients with seamless, top-notch customer service from contract-to-close. Main priorities include ensuring that the many details and deadlines are met to ensure a smooth transaction, while maintaining strong communication with all parties involved.
We are looking for an exceptional, self driven candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond” for clients and the team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service and strong communication skills are necessary.
The right person must have good organizational skills and be a fast learner. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to grow with our dynamic team.
Candidate must be present and willing to work in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Previous Real Estate experience is not required.
