We are looking for agents that want to develop a team the right way. You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new agents, and ensuring that we meet your goals, but we will be here to help you every step of the way. From helping you with the hiring process and generating leads to feeding your team to putting the right systems in place to insure profitability we are here to support, coach, and mentor you.

Not only will you be supported by our leadership and staff, but you will be surrounded by the top and most successful teams in Livingston County that are willing to share what they are doing and what they have learned along the way. We are a highly collaborative office with monthly team leader masterminds, panels, and training.

• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale
• Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
• Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
• Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards
• Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
