Ideally, look for someone who has managed acquisitions or sales teams in the past. You will also be personally responsible for buying properties yourself for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coach, lead and train a sales team
  • Contribute ideas to the creation of promotional material
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly

  • Training acquisition team members and overseeing day-to-day workflows
  • Reviewing contracts to confirm accuracy and updating, as needed
  • Overseeing contract submissions and execution
  • Communicating directly with homeowners to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient deal closings
  • Acquiring Properties of your own monthly quota

Qualifications
  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
  • Have prior experience in sales
  • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
  • Strong ability to lead a team
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
