We are looking to rapidly grow our team and are seeking a Team Leader in our Quincy, MA Office. Our team is one of the top teams in the state working for the fastest growing real estate company in the country.

The candidate must have a Real Estate License and have had success in selling real estate. They enjoy selling real estate but believe their skills would be better utilized in a leadership position, and lead agents in the business as a Team Leader.

This position entails less work on weekends and nights. It will bring life balance and order into the world of many former residential sales agents.

The right person for this opportunity is someone that is assertive, passionate, people-oriented and who operate with a sense of high urgency. They have strong communication skills and naturally connect with others. People describe them as energetic and passionate as their most dominant characteristics.

Top candidates will be natural leaders and self-motivated. Our Team Leader does not list or sell real estate but they possess the desire to build and lead a top team.

Their burning desire is to build the dominant real estate team in the Boston Metro Market. They have a need to influence others and can prove this through demonstrating where they have used influence to recruit agents with their previous companies.

This opportunity rewards highly and quickly based on performance. The Team Leader will be primarily focused on maintaining aggressive growth in the number of licensed real estate agents within the organization and managing the leadership team while building strong relationships with the agents. The Team Leader will be excellent at casting a big vision and leading their team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the path to success.

Stock and long-term revenue share (think of it like a pension) available.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities 

  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire) 
  • Share team value with recruits 
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key area of business  
  • Lead sales meetings 
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance 
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete 
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates 

Communications/Interactions

  • Staff – To set goals, plan, work on projects and tasks – daily 
  • Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, develop careers – daily 
  • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join company – daily/weekly 
  • Operating Principal/MCA – Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly
