We are looking for an amazing Agent Services Manager that has previous experience in the real estate industry. It will be your responsibility to train, teach and serve as in-office coaches and support persons for our agents. You are the agent's trusted resource and provide constant value to help the agent’s business grow. Much of the assistance that Agent Services offers is technological support with the specific KW programs that the agents are using, so a higher-level understanding of technology is required. This person guides agents to succeed in real estate. You’ll join a great team of people here. • Guide agents through the first 90 days in the market center
• Assisting new agents through the onboarding process and helping agents get into production
• Guiding agents to the appropriate training classes based on experience
• Organizing, Coordinating, and Marketing KW Events and training
• Train weekly on the KW Agent Technological Systems
• Assisting with Social Media
• Celebrating agent successes
• Marketing the office to new recruits
• Creating a Calendar of events and classes

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
