Team Lead for Real Estate Call Center

Kris Lindahl Real Estate has the job for you. We’re looking for a Team Leader who can assist our Agent Coordinators learn how to speak with warm leads and demonstrate how to use our technology. You will monitor and provide feedback while creating a positive environment.

  • Schedule and location:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Paid training the first 30-days in the New Hope office
  • Remote with some required in-office days after training

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for training, coaching and supporting our Agent Coordinator who use a company provided iPhone and laptop, to answering incoming calls as well as calling, texting and emailing to follow-up on calls from people who want to buy or sell a home with Kris Lindahl Real Estate,
  • You monitor our metrics to ensure that all tasks are being completed in a timely manner as you train our team to gather some key information, enter it into our simple system and let our Agents know about this great lead.
  • We need coverage 7-days a week, so you will be required to flex your schedule to work every other weekend and 2 nights per week.
  • You can earn a bonus based on the team’s performance

Qualifications

  • A contagious, high-energy personality who is fair but firm while holding staff accountable
  • 2 years call center/customer service/sales experience—required
  • 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • A Go-getter who isn’t afraid to jump in and find solutions, provide kind feedback and enthusiastic praise
  • High attention to detail for entering data accurately
  • Strong computer skills to set up apps, fix blips in the technology, operate multiple tabs and applications on a laptop
  • Organized and ready to help
  • Able to bring out the best in different personalities
  • Comfortable working in positive, phone-based environment

Compensation
$18 hourly
