The ideal candidate will complete a 30-60-90-120 onboarding process to learn our team structure and begin directing the operations side of our real estate business. This role will be filled by someone with high emotional intelligence as a main part of the duties will be the management of the operational team members. Included is the recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring and overall staff management. Regular collaboration with the CEO, weekly meetings and coaching sessions, ongoing education, as well as the opportunity to build and expand our organization will be expected. The ideal candidate for this position will not be content to just manage our operations, they will be eager to grow and expand the organization through recruiting and training of new talent, identifying systems and tools to implement, and expanding and improving our current systems.
