I'm searching for a diligent, extremely detail-oriented real estate administrative assistant/client care coordinator to be my right-hand person, help my business run smoothly, and assist in giving my clients an amazing experience! I have an extreme commitment to excellence and results for my buyers and sellers and need your help! This position requires the ability to multi-task, deal with high-stress situations, and have high-touch communication. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll help coordinate client appreciation events and manage sending cards/gifts for client anniversaries, birthdays, etc. Applicants should be extremely thorough, detail-oriented, very organized, possess great interpersonal skills, be productive, professional, trustworthy, dependable, have an agile personality, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Real estate experience is not necessary but would be helpful.

$15 - $17 hourly based on experience plus bonuses/incentives and room for growth based on team production.


  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business
  • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and all office administration
  • Oversee all aspects of Realtor's transactions from initial contact to a successful closing and beyond
  • Track all dates/timelines for each transaction ensuring nothing is missed
  • Prepare all appointment materials: pre-listing presentation, listing/buyer's agreement, disclosures, comparative market analysis, online property profile, old listings, etc
  • Consult and coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, and marketing activities
  • Obtain all necessary signatures on documentation
  • Enter all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update them as needed
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
  • Enter all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems

  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • Additional experience in the following areas is considered a plus: Residential Real Estate, Abstract and Title Work
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in or above-average knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Excel (or Numbers/Mac), Word and/or others such as Google Drive, PDF Expert, etc.

$15 - $17 hourly

I've been a licensed Realtor in the St Louis area for 24 years. My client's experience and the results I provide them are extremely important to me as my business comes primarily by referral. Although I work for myself, my real estate brokerage is the largest RE/MAX office in St Louis and an amazing company to be part of!
