You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. - Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
- Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
- Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
- Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
- Must have a college degree
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
