We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities
  • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
  • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics

  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
  • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
  • Look for agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
  • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private

Qualifications
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
  • Must have a college degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Two years of work in real estate recruiting OR hiring management in an experience HR Department

Compensation
$15 - $25 hourly
