- Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
- Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
- Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
- Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
- Host regular open houses to attract and present to agents
- Build relationships with agents in and around the area
- Maintain a strong social media presence
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
- Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
- Must not be scared to cold call agents
- While this is a remote position you must be located within the Houston Metro area so you can meet with agents
- Driver's License, working computer with all the productivity tools, car
- Real Estate Marketing/Recruiting experience is a plus
