Previous real estate sales experience is preferred however a candidate with successful sales experience will be considered. We are looking for someone who loves learning and growing. Candidates must have both strong written and verbal skills and perform consistent follow up with recruits.   • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
  • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication

  • Make presentations to real estate professionals in the area in person and via Zoom
  • Make proactive calls to licensed agents in the greater Indianapolis market to set appointments and invite to events
  • Attend real estate professional and social events to network with real estate professionals
  • Establish relationships with real estate related vendors such as Title companies and Mortgage companies to network

  • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position

  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to actively listen to what's important to recruits and present the value proposition and programs that best help meet those needs
  • High degree of Emotional Intelligence and compassion for people
  • Goal-oriented and accountable
  • Must have rapid problem-solving skills
  • Must be socially outgoing and enjoy having relationships with lots of people
  • Previous Business ownership or financial/budgeting experience is a plus
  • Interested and able to learn and articulate successful business models

$50,000 + based upon experience
