We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who is a detail-oriented, organized professional who can easily recognize talent. This is not a job, it is a next-level career move for the person who is ready to elevate their career.

Responsibilities
  • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
  • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
  • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics

  • Focus on perfecting the process of attracting/recruiting talent, retaining talent, and creating a supportive and productive atmosphere for all
  • Collaborate at a high level with the leadership team to consistently deliver on vision and mission
  • Model the Market Center’s value story
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
  • Proficient in KW technology is a bonus
  • Assist and/or lead sales and business meetings
  • Stay educated on competition, develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete and recruit in the market

Qualifications
  • Familiar with online job posting tools
  • Great at time management and organization
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Must have a college degree

  • Skilled at posting engaging openings online using a variety of tools and services

  • High production sales success track record in recent past

Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000 Base + Bonus (Potential for $110,000+)
