Real Estate Talent Acquisition Ambassador

We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
• Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected

• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
• Must have a college degree
• Superb time management and organizational skills
• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales

• Real Estate License preferred (If you are unlicensed, the company will encourage you to obtain your real estate license to capitalize on full bonus potential).
