Are you a new real estate agent looking to grow your skills, or an experienced agent wanting more flexibility and free time? Our specialized role lets you work with customers on your schedule and make money in real estate without having to go through the entire real estate process from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for scheduling appointments and showing properties on the market for sale to our clients while professionally pointing out the various features and the lifestyle benefits of individual properties.

Providing superb customer service and ongoing communication to our clients is a key component of this position.

No marketing required, No hours and hours spent searching for new customers or leads. No negotiating, and no high-level sales skills are necessary.

Applicants should enjoy helping people, possess good interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of real estate paperwork processes or be willing to learn both paperwork and database.

  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Real estate license preferred
