We’re searching for a diligent Team Agent Support Specialist. You’ll be responsible for internal operations for a highly productive real estate team. Some of the duties will include managing and coordinating contracts/purchase agreements in a timely manner. Notifying clients/team agents of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper channels to assure successful closing, scheduling appointments, and walkthroughs and providing superb customer service. Further, this role will be responsible for all home listing input to the MLS and syndicate sites as well as managing the home listing process from start to finish. In addition, you’ll work with our team agents and other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.
