We’re searching for a diligent Team Agent Support Specialist. You’ll be responsible for internal operations for a highly productive real estate team. Some of the duties will include managing and coordinating contracts/purchase agreements in a timely manner. Notifying clients/team agents of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper channels to assure successful closing, scheduling appointments, and walkthroughs and providing superb customer service. Further, this role will be responsible for all home listing input to the MLS and syndicate sites as well as managing the home listing process from start to finish. In addition, you’ll work with our team agents and other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.   • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized

  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
  • Must have experience with real estate CRM's

  • Real estate license preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
$75,000 per year (Base + Bonus)

Our goal is to hire agents to work with leads and help our company convert more overall.
