The ideal candidate is in tune with all social media channels and is skilled in coordinating and scheduling posts, reels, and stories to promote brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
  • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media

  • Attend all company events and meetings to capture marketing opportunities through photos and videos
  • Run our social media accounts and actively engage with the audience in a timely fashion
  • Edit videos and photos to specification for each platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok
  • Assist all agents in creating brand awareness and audience engagement on their social media channels
  • Organize and manage client appreciation and retention program
  • Prepare print marketing materials such as listing flyers, client newsletters, and promotion materials

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

  • Must be willing to travel to various locations to attend team meetings and events
  • Previous experience in marketing and brand management preferably in a real estate environment
  • Is proactive to initiate fresh and innovative marketing ideas and concepts

$15 - $18 hourly
