The Executive and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience online and traditional marketing, with a heavy focus on social media marketing. Our team is in need for high energy, positive, results driven and detail oriented marketing professional to manage and execute the team's marketing and social media plan. This includes overseeing as well as executing each component of the team's marketing plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated. This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast paced environment. This position will be an integral part of the management team and will report to the owner of the company. *Start date at the end of April.*

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website
  • Ensure services for any listings are coordinated
  • Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
  • Contributes innovative Facebook ads
  • Make sure all MLS listings are accurate
  • Executes new community launch including signage and events
  • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development and tracking analytics
  • Establish all marketing for team events, open houses and new listings
  • Promote all team events on social media
  • Support the company and agent tracking of incoming leads/prospects and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Assist agents with processing paperwork, contracts, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients
Qualifications
  • Adobe Suite experience preferred
  • Proven track record of sales/marketing success
  • Proven success developing marketing concepts
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Always searching for the next best thing to reach an even broader market
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Polite and professional phone skills
  • Confident and coachable; not afraid to admit when a mistake was made and always striving to improve
  • Able to work with big personalities; not easily offended
  • Detailed and organized; must be able to handle multiple projects at once
Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 base salary
