Do you have or are you about to get your Oregon Real Estate Broker license? Are you worried about how you're going to make ends meet with a “commission-only” income? Unlike traditional real estate companies, The Salem Real Estate Group has developed a customer service model that positions specialists trained in “areas of expertise”. Instead of worrying about how to write a contract or waiting to be paid and hoping a sale goes through, our specialists are compensated at an hourly rate with bonus opportunities relative to goals and performance.

We currently have a position available on our team for a licensed Showing Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information on the client’s needs either directly from clients or from the lead coordinator
  • Search out homes meeting clients’ criteria on the local MLS system
  • Work with clients on choosing homes to view
  • Schedule appointments for showings of homes clients wish to view
  • Take clients on tours of homes that are best suited for them and share knowledge and your professional feedback to the clients regarding the homes
  • Share resources for clients with questions beyond your scope of expertise
  • Consistently follow up with clients and make sure they are receiving and understanding all of the listing information they desire
  • Share feedback on homes with listing agents
  • Gather necessary information for offers
  • Compile and share comparable sales information
  • Keep Lead Coordinator up to date on client’s status
  • Hold open houses
  • Keep up with real estate law, local economy, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options and government programs

Qualifications

Must have or be willing to obtain Oregon Real Estate Broker License
Must have the ability to work independently. Must also have the following skills/requirements:

  • Efficient in time management
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be trustworthy
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have personal transportation
  • Must have home PC with internet
  • Must have Oregon Real Estate Broker’s license

Compensation
$45,000 - $80,000 yearly
