Are you a licensed IL Real Estate Broker and want to get more hands-on experience with scripts, having real estate conversations, closing for the appointment, the contract, and working in the field? LIV Partners is seeking a highly motivated, team player to assist our Sales and Lead Gen departments in their day to day client and lead interactions. Our Showing Partner must be a client-centric, personable individual that works closely with our Buyers Agent and Inside Sales Agent with the highest degree of integrity.

The Showing Partner will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to serve our clients to the highest level of success, while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

The Showing Partner will effectively communicate with both clients and team members to drive the business forward in cultivating new leads, as well as serving existing Buyer clients.

The Showing Partner must have an IL real estate license at the time of hire, or within 30 calendar days of hire. Additionally, they should be eager to earn the right to use their license as a Buyer Specialist or Listing Specialist. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next. You must have a highly dependable car for this role.

Weekly stipend and closing commission for set appointments/contracts. Full time including nights and weekends.


  • Set up Buyer client tours and show homes
  • Identifying homes that meet Buyer specified criteria
  • Refine Buyer clients needs and wants based on previous showing history
  • Assist in the maintenance of CRM
  • Work Open Houses
  • Attend Inspections and Final Walk-Throughs
  • Assist with builder relationships which may include set hours a week at a sales center
  • Prospect for New Clients through Open Houses, calling Expireds/Cancelled, FSBO, Sphere, Circle Prospecting, and any other opportunity
  • Hit minimum standard of 10 hours lead generation/lead follow up each week
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and establish role-play partners
  • Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratios and meet performance metrics

$40,000 - $60,000 per year at plan commission
