We are a team of real estate specialists serving buyers, sellers, and investors in the Butler and Warren County area. The majority of our buyers are between 275 and 675, although we do have some buyers (and listings) in Cincinnati and Dayton a few times a month. We’re looking for a Showing Partner to support sales goals through effective listening and communication, suggesting additional houses to view and exceptional customer service. Would prefer a licensed agent who lives within 20-30 minutes of our office in Liberty Twp, Ohio.

GOALS: 20-30 approved buyers working at all times, 10-30 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Currently closing 2-6 buyer closings a month with goals to increase to 4-8 a month or more by adding a Showing Partner. Compensation will vary based upon GCI of buyer transactions. The more buyer transactions, the higher the compensation for the Showing Partner position.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000+; will be a percentage of buyer sides' GCI and annual amount will vary based upon sales volume
