1. Showing Assistant
- Manage Buyer criteria and searches
- Preview and show houses to Buyers
- Sit open houses and convert Buyer leads
- Sit client inspections
2. Manage Client Care Program
- Birthday and anniversary gifting
- Referral gifting
- In contract gifting and reviews
- After closing gifting and reviews
- Social Media
- Client Referral plan
- Client Events
- Must have a WA State Real Estate License
- 6 months or more of experience working the the Real Estate industry
- Fun, loves people, understands how to “wow” clients and create an amazing experience. Has a knack for giving gifts that are personal and meaningful.
- Must have a good vehicle
- Is a great communicator and is strong enough to say the right thing even when it’s hard or awkward
- Proficient in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc..)
- Great problem solver and resourceful
- Takes action without hand holding
- Can create great looking marketing content
$36,000-$50,000 Base Salary + bonuses
