We are a busy real estate team based in Astoria looking for a Field Coordinator / Showing Assistant to assist our team. At our office, no two days are the same! Work in a faced paced environment with a friendly and positive group of people at one of the most dynamic and exciting real estate firms, Compass! Duties will include working side by side, assisting buyers agents with open houses on both sale and rental exclusives, meeting colleagues from other firms for showings, assisting with property inspections, assisting with some office duties and much, much more. This is a part-time position approximately 30 hours/wk. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR AND A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
Our Field Coordinator position is an extremely versatile position requiring the ability to handle a multitude of different types of tasks required to help facilitate the duties of our team.
