We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

Goals: 

  • Create, convert and close 
  • 20 approved buyers working at all times
  • 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers
  • Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer

Bottom line is we have the clients! If you’re an agent who wants to show homes instead of dealing with contracts, cold calling and finding new business then we need to talk! Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
  • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Qualifications
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth

Must have a real estate license OR be willing to get licensed.

Compensation
Up to $50,000 yearly
