We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate team in need of someone to help buyers tour properties and assist them in finding their next home. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you!

This position involves scheduling showings, obtaining feedback, setting proper expectations, and helping clients find a home that best fits their needs/wants. Hours vary in this position and will require flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends. We are a family first organization and would love to have you join our team. Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Compensation
$90,000 - $125,000 per year
