This position involves scheduling showings, obtaining feedback, setting proper expectations, and helping clients find a home that best fits their needs/wants. • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
