The Showing Assistant assists with a large number of client relationships; building rapport, showing a number of homes, encouraging and assisting clients, and helping partnered agents achieve success. Communication is key when it comes to keeping both parties, clients, and partnered agents up to date on your progress. The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, outgoing, optimistic, draws energy from working with people, and is passionate about being a long-term part of a growing team. If you like meeting new people, supporting a team, being out of the office, and never sitting in one place too long, then this is the opportunity for you.
After the lead agent performs a needs analysis, the agent will pass the desired criteria to the Showing Assistant. The Showing Assistant will pick up the relationship and find homes that meet the criteria, and they will meet buyer clients to show those homes. As clients explore homes, the Showing Assistant will work with clients to confirm or refine criteria and will show additional homes as needed. When buyer clients are ready to make an offer, the Showing Assistant will pass the relationship back to the lead agent.
A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to several buyers per week while earning bonuses based on the successful closing of each transaction.
The Showing Assistant is a forward-looking individual who develops and maintains positive professional relationships, pays attention to detail, and has a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role. This position requires a real estate license in order to meet state-mandated criteria for the duties in this role. However, we are interested in pursuing unlicensed individuals as we offer licensing reimbursement through The Nickley Group Scholarship Program if you are the perfect fit for the team and need to obtain your license!
