Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team! Real Estate license is a must!

We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST have your real estate license or be approved by the State of Florida to take the real estate test.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support and marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work.

Responsibilities
  • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely

  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner
  • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the lead agent
  • Handle database with expertise
  • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses and engagement with communities
  • Help admin team as needed with marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Your main job is to grow in relationships between the team and the clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service

Qualifications
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth

  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

  • Have a professional and reliable car

  • Must have current and valid Real Estate License in Florida

Compensation
