A Showing Specialist on the Austin Sizemore Team is a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and a winning attitude. This individual will work closely with the Sales Agents to find homes for clients that meet their criteria and drive buyer clients to those homes. As clients explore homes, this individual will work with clients to confirm and/or refine criteria and show additional homes as needed. This position will only show homes and hand the client back to the assigned Sales Agent to write offers and negotiate contracts.

• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.
• Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis.
• Close buyer clients to contract/offer.
• Return all calls/emails/texts in a timely manner.
• Conduct Open Houses.
• Door Knock target areas for new business.
• Attend networking events.

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
