This position involves assisting with buyer showings, putting out signs, and attending inspections. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Available on most evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Compensation
$30,000 - $41,000 yearly
