This position of Showing Agent involves communicating promptly with clients and other agents to arrange showings. As a Showing Agent, you would show homes and help staff open houses. The responsibility of writing offers and negotiating issues would belong to the Lead Agents on the team.

As a Showing Assistant, you'll earn money with your real estate license without all the headache of generating leads, converting leads, and writing offers at midnight.

• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
