We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

Goals: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, an average of 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that result in more sales
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Independent drive to succeed and ability to complete tasks without supervision

Compensation
$60,000 - $72,000 yearly
