We are a group of real estate specialists serving clients in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Looking for a highly sociable, licensed Realtor who would like to make some side money by showing houses this summer on an as-needed basis.

• You'll be paid per property shown (typically $25-50 a door).
• Must have access to MLS & ShowingTime to book tours.
• Provide feedback after showing to the hiring Agent

As a Showing Agent, you are able to remain with your current brokerage, however, there may be additional opportunities to become part of our team long-term if that is the desired goal.

• Assist the Neal&Neal Team by showing homes to our clients
• Schedule the showings of properties on an as-needed basis
• Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and if they want to write an offer
• Regularly assure clients that the lead agent is involved and informed

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

• Does not mind spending a large amount of time driving

• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
