Showing/Junior Agent for Real Estate

This position involves assisting senior agents with showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, offer drafting, etc. Hours vary in this position. We are a family-first organization and would love to have you join our team. Come learn with us today!
- Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
- Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
