This individual will show homes to pre-affirmed home purchasers. 

Land industry or office experience and information are not needed yet would be a more prominent advantage identifying with clients toward the start of this position.

• Help the Buyer Agents by showing homes to buyer clients
  
• Help the Buyer Agents by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the Buyer's Agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis
  
• Close buyer clients to contract offers

• Real Estate License or willing to get one
• Driver's license
• Friendly personality
• Positive attitude
