We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.
The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They will have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
The Showing Agent is expected to receive qualified buyers from the lead agent, show qualified buyers homes, edit or customize search criteria as requested, and pass the client back to the lead agent when the client is ready to make an offer. Showing Assistant would be able to successfully show homes to around three to four buyers a month.
Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to around three to four buyers a month while earning bonuses based on 25% of each transaction.
