About the position

Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Nevada Real Estate license. You do not need to be licensed to apply!

The Showing Agent supports the Buyer Agent(s) by scheduling, showing and communicating with clients in a professional/timely manner.

This is a promotional opportunity, start out as a showing agent than if you wish you can graduate to a Buyers and/or Listings agent.


Responsibilities

  • Update Agent via call, text or email with detailed notes on client’s experience within a reasonable time following each appointment 
  • Communicate with clients via call, text or email
  • Coordinate and set appointments for Buyers Agent
  • Ability to prepare for appointments with instruction from the agent
  • Attend daily and weekly team meetings and trainings
  • Show clients properties
  • Work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • All other job-related duties as requested


Qualifications 

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing industry
  • Strong written/ verbal communication skills
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Nevada Real Estate Sales License


Qualifications

  • Must have or be willing to obtain Nevada Real Estate License 
  • Commission: 10-20% at closing
