Responsibilities
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales
  • Be readily available to your clients to advise and represent them in order to offer top notch service
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year in order to effectively increase your client base
  • Work with corporate generated buyer leads who are ready to buy within 90 days
  • Secure listing referrals for Team Listing Agent
  • Work with buyers sent by 3rd party referral partners and document follow up
  • Make phone calls daily to generate appointments and referrals
  • Report daily activity for calls, appointments, showings, contracts, etc
  • Work directly with ISA’s and Transaction Coordinator for quality service
  • Document all client communication via BoomTown!
  • Schedule site visits with local home builders to increase product and community knowledge and offer solutions for builder clientele
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Knowledgeable in the local real estate market
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
  • Well versed on the latest trends in real estate
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Ability to always put the team first
  • Good computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Work well with little to no supervision

Compensation
$107,724 - $179,541 per year
