You will answer direct connections of pre-qualified leads, show properties, and facilitate the negotiation process. Our in-house TC will handle the rest of the paperwork process so you can focus on selling more homes!

- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
- Work alongside provided transaction coordinator
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience preferred
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
