• Daily prospecting and networking
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Act as an intermediary between seller and buyer
• Prepare and convey real estate contracts through the buying and selling process
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
• Review all clauses, clearly articulate, and communicate to all parties
• Participate in open houses, networking activities, and to enhance your sales
• Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
• Be a team player, participating in team activities, and supporting fellow teammates
• Attract prospective clients to promote new business
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood

• Must either hold a State of Wisconsin Real Estate License or have the ability to obtain one upon being hired
• Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age
• Live locally, have a car and a valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts
• Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively
• Outstanding customer service and people skills a must
• Excel in prospecting, networking, lead-generation, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing
• Dedicated to self-improvement, personal, and professional development
• Tech-savvy in order to manage and update profiles, manage CRM's, and communicate electronically
• Coachable, incredible customer service skills, critical thinker, self-motivated, available to clients when needed, go-getters, team player, driven, willing to be held accountable, high achiever, roll up your sleeves and do the work
• Flexible schedule but demanding with seasonality
• Self-motivation and drive
• Show good organizational and time management skills
