Real Estate Agent - Las Vegas/Henderson, NV

Our team generates HUNDREDS of leads per month and is getting the live buyer and seller connection calls in Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding areas.

We’re looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent agent that can take on 4-9 new clients per month.

We're experiencing growth with opportunities for you to go out and meet real buyers and sellers within days of onboarding!

Compensation is commission only. In our program, a new agent can make SIX FIGURES in their first full year!

If you are a new agent or are serious about becoming an agent, that is great! We have more qualified leads than we can handle. We are looking for someone like you!

Responsibilities
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal

  • Learn top-notch prospecting skills from the industry's best
  • Go on multiple appointments weekly
  • Show homes to interested clients
  • Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested
  • Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process
  • Build relationships with agents in other companies
  • Negotiate contracts and transactions 
  • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
  • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Technology driven

  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
