Our team has more leads than we can handle! We are looking for 1 or 2 licensed agents to join our team to handle an excess of leads.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

  • Participate in team huddles and meetings
  • Hold Open Houses for the Combs Team listings
  • Participate in team events such as happy hours and other client appreciation events

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

  • Full-time licensed agent with minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
  • Team player with a positive attitude who is motivated to grow their business

Compensation
$90,000+ at plan commission

The Combs Team is a real estate consulting/sales team led by Shannon and Tom Combs. We assist people throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area to achieve their real estate goals. Residential real estate is our primary focus.

Our team currently consists of five licensed agents, a licensed executive assistant, and a marketing specialist.
