Essential Duties and Responsibilities Included but Are Not Limited To:

• Assist buyers in all aspects of the home buying process.
• Working closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home.
• Assist in all aspects of the sales process.
• Collaborating with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers.
• Prospect fo new clients and leads.
• Schedule and hold open houses.
• Write and negotiate contracts.

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Great communication and social skills
• Self-motivation and drive
