• Meet with buyer and sellers, determine their needs and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes 
• Manage all aspects of the transaction process 
• Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction 
• Host team open houses monthly
• Manage work-flow, calendar and time-block efficiently
• Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
