We are seeking experienced, natural salespeople to learn the craft of real estate. At plan, you would earn $72,000 per year or more - the sky is the limit. That is not a salary; this position is paid based on your own accomplishments, and it is commission-only, 

However, we care about your individual success. We do not recruit new agents just to have more agents; we want you to be a productive agent. We have superb training that differs from what the big, national brands are delivering: over a 90 day period, we teach an actual system to you that works; not just high-level theory with ideas, but an actual, practical, actionable system so you have all you need to succeed (you’re working with clients by month two!). Combined with our coaching, including fieldwork, observations, small group, lessons on demand, materials, and more, we train and provide everything you need. This was all developed by our broker who is earning a PhD in Education and has 25 years of teaching experience prior to coming into real estate and becoming an award-winning agent with these same techniques and systems.

NOTE: You do have to have an active real estate license (Ohio) for this position. However, you may apply and inquire before you have earned that license. We will be happy to walk you through how to earn your real estate license.

Responsibilities
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Hold open houses regularly to effectively introduce clients to the market
Qualifications
  • Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise
  • Communicate clearly both written and verbally
  • Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability
  • Customer service experience is preferred; a real estate background is a plus
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Always be positive – putting your best foot forward with the needs of the customer in mind
  • Some weekend and evening hours are required
  • Must have own car and clean driving record
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
Compensation
$72,000 per year at plan (100% commission)

Sara Marie Brenner is the President/Broker of + REALTOR® at Crane and Pearl Realty, where she also leads The BRENNER Team serving Central Ohio + Firelands. She is a Million Dollar Club (President's Merit Award), Five Million Dollar Club (President's Commitment Award) and “10 Under 40” Award Recipient. She is an active producer, mentor, coach, and trainer. She holds a BA from Ohio State University, an MBA with high distinction from Liberty University with Delta Mu Delta honors, and she is currently earning a PhD in Education: Instructional Design. Brenner was Adjunct Faculty at Hondros College of Business, where she taught real estate pre-licensing, CE, post-licensing, and designation courses, plus finance and economics in the Associates of Business program.
