High Minded Homes is looking for salespeople in our rapidly growing company! You will be working from our Downtown, Columbus Ohio office Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. We do NOT offer remote positions, so please only apply if willing to travel to Downtown, Columbus. Parking is covered!

High Minded Homes is doing business in all 50 States of America, with extremely audacious targets to hit in 2021 and beyond! What it takes to succeed in this role:

• This is a commission only role! You must be comfortable with this.
• You must have a do whatever it takes mentality to succeed. If you are a clock puncher absolutely don't apply.
• A background in commission-only sales is highly regarded
• Real Estate Sales experience highly regards, though not essential
• Comfortable being on the phones. This is not an outside sales role. You are on the phone all-day
• Be teachable. Know it all's need not apply! You MUST be able to follow directions on how we do things
• Growth mindset
• An absence of pride, stubbornness, and sensitivity
