Responsibilities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

  • To follow the VIP Buyer Presentation when making a presentation to a buyer and sign buyers to contract.
  • Show homes
  • No Prospecting – No advertising
  • Spend your time selling NOT worrying or prospecting.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Organized and manages time effectively
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000
